Gregory Anderson has been an “AV” rated attorney since 1997, and has practiced law in Florida for over 30 years. Mr. Anderson graduated from Stetson University College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, and is admitted to the Bar in both Florida and the District of Columbia. He is also a member of the U.S. District Court for both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Anderson is a member of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates), the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
Mr. Anderson began his legal career at the Manatee County Attorney’s Office in Bradenton, Florida, and subsequently moved to South Florida to begin his practice as a trial attorney. After seven years at the Wicker, Smith Law Firm in Fort Lauderdale, he was offered an opportunity to open and establish a new office in Palm Beach County for the firm of Billing, Cochran, Heath, Lyles, and Mauro. Mr. Anderson became a partner at Billing, Cochran, Heath, Lyles, Mauro, and Anderson, where he worked for over 18 years before founding Anderson, Mayfield, Hagan & Thron, P.A. in 2008. Mr. Anderson has tried over 130 cases to verdict, and has litigated cases venued in 21 counties throughout Florida. His practice has involved litigation of automobile negligence cases, premises liability cases, product liability cases, contract disputes, nursing home cases, cemetery and funeral home cases, municipal and governmental entity cases, and a wide variety of other general liability cases. Mr. Anderson is proud and honored to count among his clients a number of insurance carriers, both Florida and national corporations, governmental entities, many individuals, and a variety of other business enterprises.
